We recommend you to register prior the congress. Your registration will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Events included in the registration fee need to be pre-booked when registering.

Concerning the hotels specified in the registration form: These are all near the conference venue. Most of them are located within walking distance or with a very short bus or tram ride to the venue!

Registration Fees

Early fee: Until May 31, 2012.

Late fee: From June 1, 2012.

The conference fee for participants covers:

All conference documentation
Catering during the conference, when participating in the programme

The conference fee DOES NOT cover:

Accommodation (this must be booked and paid for separately)
Meals, drinks and transport other than that provided as part of the conference programme

Attendance at the social programme must be booked along with your registration.

Registration fee for accompanying person includes the social events.

Attendance at the workshop must be booked along with your registration. There is no charge for attending this year’s conference workshops.

Confirmation

A confirmation letter will be sent after we have received your payment, confirming booked events and hotel accommodation. This letter has to be presented at the congress.

The registration fee must be paid before the congress. A badge will be issued only after payment.

Badges are personal and nominative.
